Neitherthisdocumentnoranyotherdocumentorcommunicationcreatesanybinding
obligationsuponEMVCooranythirdpartyregardingtestingservicesorEMVCo
approval, whichobligations willexist,ifatall,pursuantto separate written agreements
executedbyEMVCoandsuchthirdparties.Intheabsenceofawrittenbinding
agreement pursuant to which EMVCo has agreed to perform testing services for a vendor
ortopermitathirdpartytoactas atestlaboratory, no vendor,testlaboratory nor any
otherthird party should detrimentallyrely onthis document, nor shall EMVCo beliable
for any such reliance.
No vendor,testlaboratory nor otherthird party may referto a product, service orfacility
as EMVCo approved,inform orin substance, nor otherwise state orimplythat EMVCo
(or any agent of EMVCo) has in whole or part approved a vendor, test laboratory or other
third party orits products, services, orfacilities, excepttothe extent and subjecttothe
terms, conditions and restrictions expressly set forth in a written agreement with EMVCo,
orinanapprovalletterissuedby EMVCo. All otherreferencesto EMVCo approval are
strictly and actively prohibited by EMVCo.
Undernocircumstancesshould EMVCotypeapproval, when granted, be construedto
imply any endorsement or warranty regarding the functionality, quality, or performance of
anyparticularproductorservice,andnopartyshallstateorimplyanythingtothe
contrary. EMVCospecificallydisclaimsany and allrepresentations and warranties with
respecttoproductsthathavereceivedapprovalandtothetypeapprovalprocess
generally,including,withoutlimitation,anyimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantability,
fitnessfor purposeor noninfringement. Allrightsandremediesrelatingto products
and servicesthat have received EMVCotype approval are provided solely by the parties
sellingorotherwiseprovidingsuchproductsorservices,andnotbyEMVCo,and
EMVCoacceptsnoliability whatsoeverin connection with such products and services.
UnlessotherwiseagreedinwritingbyEMVCo,thisdocumentandmattercontained
herein,including all products and services contemplated bythis document are provided
onan“as-is”basis,“withallfaults”and withno warranties whatsoever,and EMVCo
specificallydisclaimsanyimplied warrantiesof merchantability,fitnessfor purpose,
or noninfringement.
这个是接触式的还是非接式的测试呢，和我们国内的有PBOC2.0有多大区别呢 pboc2.0就是盗版的emv，接触非接的都有。。。 哇，这是个好资源，非常感谢分享。 看不懂啊 抬头@@@ 有卡的测试用例吗？不知道对于EMV卡片的规范，有没有对应的测试规范？ 有PBOC3.0的用例和代码吗？L2的 :):):):)
